Data Deletion Instructions

renw respects your privacy choices. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information that we maintain in connection with renw.shop, our showroom, and our Deal Concierge services.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Email privacy@renw.shop with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Include the full name, email address, and phone number associated with your interactions with renw so we can locate your records.
If you are submitting the request on behalf of someone else, attach written authorization or proof of authority so we can validate the request.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days.
Identity verification may be required. We will reach out if additional information is necessary before we can process the request.
Upon successful verification, we aim to delete the requested data within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, or transactional record-keeping purposes.
After completion, we will send a confirmation email detailing the scope of deletion or any exclusions that apply.

Data We May Need to Retain

Certain records, such as purchase transactions, fraud logs, or compliance documentation, may be retained in accordance with legal obligations or to protect the security and integrity of our services. When data cannot be deleted, it will be segregated and used only for the purpose that requires retention.
